Relationship Counselling

Couples, friends, families, children and adolescents. Uncoupling, grief and loss.

Relationships are tricky at the best of times.  When you add into the mix families, traditions, self-concept, social media, division of domestic chores, and careers, relationships can often become challenging.

Solution focused therapies offer counselling that encourages people to identify their relationship's strengths and weaknesses, define and monitor realistic goals.  Therapeutic interventions identify positive aspects of relationships rather than focusing on the negative and invite clients to focus on times when the problems were not present and identify times when clients demonstrated resilience in the past.

Relationship Counselling uses a range of theoretical approaches that best serve the client, their families, friends and children.
