About Me

I am a Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and have a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) and a Post Graduate in Counselling.  I have worked with children, families, rural communities and people living in isolation for many years and helped people when they have been at their most vulnerable. 


At Branch Out Counselling I help young people and adults of all ages, identify and achieve their personal goals.  Using solution focused therapies, I work collaboratively with clients to help identify and solve problems that cause people distress, anxiety and depression. 

My main areas of interest include - 

Counselling young people.  Work with young people to build towards improving their resilience and self-esteem,  improve socialisation and, in particular managing self-concept and self-destructive beliefs. 


Counselling for people who experience grief and loss  - not only through the loss of a loved one, but those losses we accumulate from childhood and throughout our lifespan that often resurface during times of stress.    


Counselling for older adults who find themselves having problems with relationships, life span stages, loss of income, independence, and purpose.  Help our older adults reconnect with feelings of self-worth and help them reconnect with their communities post pandemic. 


Counselling for those experiencing challenging personalities within the workplace.  Counselling for small businesses to help improve relationships within the workplace.


Anger management for all adults.

Anger Management
